Opening Remarks: Porn-Free Christmas Pledge
Christmas is just two days away - a time to give gifts, share meaningful moments with loved ones, and for Christians, celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. It’s a season meant for joy, connection, and reflection. Yet vices like porn can quietly steal away that joy, dampening the true spirit of this special time.
This Christmas, I challenge you to take a stand. This Christmas will be one to remember - not for what you consumed, but for the freedom you chose. This Christmas, take the pledge to stay sober from porn use and allow yourself to fully experience the peace, joy, and love this season offers!

Overcoming the Bonds of Pornography - Co-Authored Porn Free Millennial &
By far, the most searched-for terms on the internet are related to pornography. So, the most searched-for terms on the internet are related to sin. Pornography is rampant in the world today, the internet is saturated with porn, and we can see porn on TV…There is indeed something sinister at work here since the union of the internet, the smartphone, and the completely anonymous/accessible/affordable nature of modern day pornography. Pornography has been widely accepted by “popular culture” as something that people just do in private to satisfy their natural urges with the complete absence of its harmful effects on our soul’s relationship with God and the people in our lives. However, despite what people say about it being harmless, the evidence proves that pornography is extremely harmful…
Lonely Fans - The Lily Phillips Controversy and Our Culture of Isolation (with Dr. Gregory Borse)
In this episode of the Porn Free Millennial Podcast (livestreamed initially on my X account - Mac_Nomadic), Dr. and I delve into the shocking story of OnlyFans model Lily Phillips, who recently gained notoriety for her decision to sleep with 100 men in a single day as part of a documentary. We discuss the deeper implications of this story, examining the impact of platforms like OnlyFans and the adult entertainment industry on loneliness, intimacy, and society as a whole. Through research, personal reflection, and open conversation, we explore how this industry fuels an epidemic of disconnection and what we can do to reclaim our dignity, faith, and purpose.
Practical Tips: Set Boundaries
A key strategy for consistent success in overcoming porn use is establishing proper boundaries - starting from within. Internal boundaries act as safeguards, helping you navigate triggers and temptations effectively.
These boundaries will look different for everyone, depending on your personal habits and the level of compulsion you may experience. For some, it might mean removing access to triggering content or apps and for others, it could involve setting time limits on device usage or being intentional about where and how they spend their time.
On a deeper level, boundaries also apply to your thought life and actions in public. For example, it means being mindful of where your eyes go and refusing to indulge in a prolonged gaze if someone attractive catches your attention. Small choices like this help reinforce discipline and self-control.
The more intentional you are about setting boundaries, the sharper your judgment will become when a triggering experience threatens to initiate the ritual of watching porn.
Boundaries aren’t about restriction - they’re about creating a space where you can thrive and remain aligned with your values.
