Taking breaks where needed

It’s always good to slow down and take breaks. Life isn’t always a race and should be savored/enjoyed.

I have the good fortune to be able to take breaks throughout the workday in my role and sometimes I feel like I can’t and that there is so much to do each and everyday.

Today was a good reminder to slow down a bit and to take one thing at a time.
