52 Weeks of Freedom - Week 18
This yearlong weekly journey is designed to help you break free from what I call the porn prison - a state of mental, emotional, and spiritual confinement caused by porn consumption. This prison traps individuals in cycles of shame, isolation, and disconnection, making it difficult to live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
Each Friday for the full year of 2025, I’ll dive into a key aspect of recovery, provide practical tools, and challenge you to take meaningful steps toward lasting freedom. Whether you’re just starting your journey or already working toward healing, this series offers encouragement, clarity, and structure to help you build and sustain a new, liberated identity.
Planting the Seed
Living a life without porn will always remain your choice.
You have to make the decision, no one can make it for you.
While this is true, I aim to plant a seed in your mind to help you think differently about porn and hopefully shift your perspective.
One thing about ideas is that they are like seeds.
They can lodge themselves in our minds and with attention, grow.
Seeds that cannot be unthought. Seeds rooted in our minds.
This can apply both to seeds that will produce abundance or seeds that will produce poison.
For 20+ years of my life, I watered the wrong seed, thinking that porn was the solution to my problems.
Today, I offer you five poems that hopefully can plant a seed in your mind that when watered, can assist in your abundance.

Weekend Challenge: Tending to the Seed 🌱
This weekend, take intentional time to tend to the seed of positivity planted in your mind. Here's how:
Name the Seed – Write down one truth, hope, or dream you want to grow (e.g., “I am becoming a man of integrity” or “Healing is possible for me”).
Feed It – Choose one small action each day that reinforces this truth (journaling, a walk in nature, reading something uplifting, reaching out to a friend).
Protect It – Identify one negative thought or distraction to guard against. Replace it with your truth when it arises.
🌞 Tending may feel small but roots grow in silence. Keep watering the work.
