This yearlong weekly journey is designed to help you break free from what I call the porn prison - a state of mental, emotional, and spiritual confinement caused by porn consumption. This prison traps individuals in cycles of shame, isolation, and disconnection, making it difficult to live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Find That Fire In You
The fire within.
Owned or lost.
Fuel or drown.
Loan and tossed,
or
rule and crowned.
Embers, hungry for their chance to rise,
to melt the frozen lake of compromise.
A flaming heart and mind,
no longer blinded or left behind.
The fire within burning bright,
eviscerating the cruel void’s bind.
The cold chains melt away,
as the defiant spirit finds its way.
Stoke your light as you face your night,
to clear your sight and win your fight.
The ancient power of the inner flame,
no longer tamed by the weight of shame.
Find your fire, a higher aim.

·I was incredibly depressed a little more than a year ago. I went through a divorce and felt like I did not have much to live for.

My message for you tonight is to find that fire in you and let it burn bright. Be a beacon of joy and meaning to others around you. Encourage your family and friends to savor the precious moments of life.
For me over the weekend, nothing beat building a glorious campfire for my friends next to a beautiful river with a torch made out of firewood and fatwood (pine sap resin) with the Olympic games theme song playing in the background.
Building a fire is important to being a man. To create something of wonder. This moment was important for me. It cemented that I've got my confidence back and my manhood back. I'm FIRED UP so to speak.
I hope that you can find that fire deep inside of you, keep your fire lit, and can burn it bright!

Challenge for the Weekend: Stoke the Fire & Break the Chains
You’ve got two options this weekend:
Feed the fire or freeze in place.
Your mission:
Face One Fear: Choose something you’ve been avoiding → a hard truth, a task, a conversation, a decision.
Strike First: Don't wait. Don’t overthink. Take the first swing → even if it’s messy, even if it’s small.
Leave a Mark: When the fire burns, it leaves a scar on the ice.
Write it down. Capture it. Burn it into your memory:
"This weekend, I chose fire over fear."
Remember:
No fire ever grows without friction.
No warrior ever wins without wounds.
Face it. Feed it. Free yourself.
